Onboarding and integration

Onboarding and integration are strategic processes designed to immerse the new employee in the organization’s culture and vision, while socializing them to their new role and providing the tools and resources they need to be successful.

Effective onboarding begins during the recruiting process and is an ongoing transition that facilitates shorter learning curves and improved job satisfaction for the employee and lower turnover for the organization.

Integration is the ongoing transition into the new role.
